With visits to local attractions such as Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens to view a collection of Russian Imperial art; or a trip on the Potomac River via the DC Duck Tour, or trips up to Pennsylvania to Sight and Sound Theater, the Grand Life Ministry at Immanuel has a lot to offer our "senior saints."
All luncheons begin at 11:00am in the Atrium with a program lasting approximately one hour. Lunch is served at 12pm.

A New Ministry of Immanuel Bible Church
Even though IBC as a whole is a loving, supportive community it still remains that single seniors can face loneliness and isolation. Our singles group provides a space for us to connect with others who share similar life experiences and challenges, encouraging friendships and additional support networks.

Senior Care Ministry
As some in our congregation begin to age and experience the health challenges that often take place during that stage of life, they are not always able to be as faithfully connected to the church as they would like. Accompanying their physical suffering is the inability to regularly attend worship services, Bible studies and fellowship events that are part of the church life that they have known and loved for many years.
